For the first time Stephanie seemed a little nervous. "What would I have to do?"

"Let me take a couple of pictures of you wearing that cool shirt, and then make out with me for a while. Nothing major, just something that'll make me glad I made a new friend."

Shrugging, Stephanie said "Okay."

As I drove her back home I said. "You know, Stephanie, what you do with your friends is your business, but if you would like to make some more money, you might think about doing things in front of the camera."

"I don't know..." she said.

"Do you go to school with the guys you mess around with?" I asked.

"Yeah," she said.

"Then there's always the possibility that kids will start talking about you. It may not bug you now, but it might later on. If you do those things with me, I won't go blabbing it around to your friends, and I'll make sure you can get the things you want."

I handed her my telephone number, then dropped her off right where I'd first saw her.
