A Heartwarming Grandfathers Weekend with His Spoiled Granddaughter: A Charming Family Story This is my first attempt at writting. I could not pass grammer school english so If you are looking for a story with no errors then do not read my story. I suggest that you go to a book store and buy a book. This story is fiction. All characters are fiction. This story has never happened and never will happen. I tried to make it sound believable because some of the stories I have read in this forum are so unbeliveable that I just quit reading it. If you like this story be kind. If not that just the way it goes. Ralph was sitting on the porch waiting for his son and daughter in law. They are going to a business seminar in Kansas City and they asked if he could baby sit his Grandaughter for the weekend. Sandra is eleven years old and he had not seen her since her Grandmothers funeral about a year ago. Ralph retired from pro football fifteen years ago. He is still in good shape. At 6ft 4in 280 lbs he still works out a few times a week at the gym. His son Phil married Libby his high school sweethart and they lived with Ralph and his wife till he took a job in another state about two years ago so they don't get together very often. Sandra is his only grandchild. Ralph admits that while they lived with them he spoiled Sandra. What ever she wanted Ralph always got it for her sometimes even if Phil and Liby said no. After his wife Linda died of cancer he has been alone. He hears the tooting of a horn and sees the black SUV pull in the drive. Sandy was the first out of the car and ran to her Grandpa to give him a big hug. My goodness her Grandfather said. you must have grown a foot since i saw you last. Not quite a foot Grandpa I am only 4 ft 10. She loves her Grandpa he heard Libby say. You are the only thing she has talked about for the last two hundred miles. Thats because you spoil her Phil said. We will be back some time Monday afternoon so try not to give her every thing she wants. …and then things took a turn
