My 10-Year Journey as a Department Manager and My Stunning Hire, Hailey I’ve worked for the same small company for over ten years. I was hired right out of the Army and worked my way through college in an entry-level position. Once I finished my degree I stayed on and worked my way up until I became a department manager.
