A Night to Remember I was out with my friends for a sort of girls night. Slightly tipsy I was made to walk home. I protested considering I was in stilettos and a dress that ended right under my ass. Purse in hand and red dress riding up I stumbled down the sidewalk. I thought I heard a noise but I was one block away and I could see my apartment building. Just then a flashlight appeared casting my shadow out in front of me. I stopped and stared down. "Excuse me ma'am?" I spun around and looked up right into the eyes of a police officer. "I uh Um hello" I stuttered "Ma'am are you almost home it's not very safe for you" "Yess sirr" I slurred "it's right up here" "I better walk you the rest of the way ma'am it's very dangerous out here this late at night." "I'm Alicia stop calling me ma'am and my apartment is right up there if you must walk with me." "No harm done Alicia" he exaggerated "I wouldn't want a pretty girl like you walking home alone. In the dark." He held out his elbow so I hooked my arm through it we took a few steps and I stumbled into him. "Alicia woah are you okay?" He said "glad I'm here or you'd be on the ground." We continued to chat until we got to my door step. His name was peter and he was one year older than I was when we got to the door I opened it. This hall door was always open but everyone kept their individual doors locked and dead bolted. As I walked up the first set of stairs peter followed behind me. I felt a hand brush my ass and quickly whirled around. I meant to be smooth but ended up twisting my ankle and landed ass first on the stairs. "Alicia!" He quickly moved forward and scooped me up "Ooo" I yelped. In one motion he had me in his arms took the key out of my hands and opened up the door. He sat me on the couch and went over to the coffee pot. I felt my eyes slowly closing they felt so heavy. …the next moment changed everything
